Kundalini

• Since the connection of the Sushmna Nadi is with our Kundalini, it is as though our entire energy is seated there. During satyug when we were in a soul conscious state this Kundalini power was present in our third eye chakra. By the end of 4 eras, now in Kalyug, this kundalini power lies dormant below the root chakra as a result of which we have become body conscious.

• During the practice of Rajyoga meditation, when we remember the supreme soul in a soul conscious state then this kundalini power awakens and rises upwards. Through Rajyog meditation when we become completely soul conscious then this energy gets reinstated in the third eye chakra which leads us to fulfillment and completeness effortlessly.
