CHAKRAS

• On the path to the Kundalini the 3 nadis – Ida, Pingla and Sushmna meet and intersect at various points. These points of intersection are where the chakras are located. And these chakras receive energy from me the soul.

   For example,

•   Energy of Power governs the Root Chakra

•   Energy of Purity governs the Sacral Chakra

•   Energy of Joy governs the Solar-plexus Chakra

•   Energy of Love governs the Heart Chakra

•   Energy of Peace governs the Throat Chakra

•   Energy of Knowledge governs the Third eye Chakra and

•   Energy of Bliss governs the Crown Chakra.

• Numerous nadis emerge from these chakras that provide energy to the subtle body. The energy flowing to the subtle body, through these nadis, in turn governs the physical body.
